Yes, I’m still alive, and yes I have been running. Don’t believe me?

Check it out.

So what have I been up to? In no particular order, I have:

  1. Ran the Voet van Afrika Half Marathon
  2. Bought a bicycle.
  3. Uploaded a new theme to the blog.
  4. Ran the Grape Run Half Marathon.
  5. Ran 4 x 5km time trials, one them being a PB. :)
  6. Ran the Winelands Half Marathon
  7. Cycled in the 82km Simonsvlei Cycle Race (same weekend as # 6)
  8. Ran the Landmarks Half Marathon

So, I hope to blog about all these points in the near future.

Just to let you know, I’m well on track to run Comrades next year, my ankle is holding up well, and I’ve built a solid training base for next year. I can’t wait to get stuck in. Training officially starts January 2008.
