Andrew, I am looking forward to 2010, was on my way in training for the last two months, but then went down with a bad back. Hope I can resume my training maybe within a month or so. All the best!

Hi Andrew. I came across your blog site by accident. You and I ran an almost identical time for comrades 2008; I am sure I've seen you at some races in the cape. Anyway, I returned to comrades in 2009 and got my silver (just), so happy to share training logs or any other info with you. I will be there again in 2010 ... there's just something about this race :)
