I haven’t posted in a while. I don’t want to bore you with reasons why I’ve been slack, so I won’t.
Training has been going well. I’m settling into my new program, and my body is adjusting well to the mileage. I’ve found that I can cruise at approximately 4:35 min/km with my HR sitting at 148-152 bpm. This is a relatively comfortable pace, so hopefully by February I would be able to hold a slightly faster pace for the duration of a marathon.
I’ve got some exciting things planned for the blog, and the running community in general, so watch this space!
